"Do I need to be present during cleaning?"

No, it's entirely your choice whether you'd like to be present during your clean or if you'd prefer to leave us with a key, we will handle everything!

"Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?"

Our team members come with equipment and the necessary tools, if you have a product you'd like to provide us with we're happy to use it during your clean. The only thing we don't typically provide are toilet bowl brushes and vacuums, we prefer to use client specific equipment so we're not cross contaminating, but can provide either if necessary.

"Should I put up the pets?"

We adore animals just as much as you do! Our team members would prefer pets put up if possible, additionally, our products are non-toxic and to ensure safety of all cleaned surfaces.

If the amount of time needed to clean your home differs significantly from the estimate, then an adjustment of the price may be necessary.

Upon completion of services payment can be received via cash, check, Zelle, or Cash App, we try to avoid debit/credit card due to processing fees.

Licensing & Insurance: We hold licensing to service in both Oregon and Washington states, and are insured through NEXT

We hold permission to take before and after photos sometimes for marketing purposes, and proof of completion of services. None of these pictures will include name, or personal photos of you or your family.

None of your personal information will be shared with third party entities. We do not sell, trade, or rent client information or identification to others. 

Customers agree not to leave any monetary items, jewelry, or high value items out as we will not be held responsible for any missing or lost items. We will be happy to notify clients if we see any valuables left out and agree not to touch such items.

For safety reasons, service providers cannot move or lift furniture weighing over 45 lbs., if you wish them to clean behind anything heavy such as couch or refrigerator, please arrange to have objects moved prior to service to allow them access to the area.

Service providers reserve the right to abort a scheduled clean if, for any reason, service providers feel that his/her personal safety is endangered enough to cause him/her to leave the jobsite due to actions by the client, guests, or pets on the premises. The client will remain liable for the full cost of the non-performed service.

When we are unable to gain access to your home due to being locked out, or for any reason, a service provider may feel that his/her personal safety is endangered enough to cause him/her to leave the jobsite due to actions by the client, guests, or pets on the premises. The client may remain liable for the full cost of the non-performed service. If service providers arrive at the scheduled service time only to find they are unable to access your home due to lock out or other circumstances, a fee equal to the cost of the cleaning may be charged. Please, contact us as soon as you know or your representative will be unable to permit us to access the premises. We encourage all our clients to (a) leave a key, (b) arrange to have someone home to let service providers in, or (c) leave a door unlocked so that lock-outs will not be an issue. Please also ensure battery operated door locks are fully charged. You are responsible for all alarms and access permissions (gated communities).

Our service providers are insured and take great care when cleaning your home, however, accidents can happen. If something appears to have been broken or misplaced in the home during your scheduled clean, please notify us within 24 hours of incident, service providers cannot be held responsible for any problems reported after the 24 hour period.

Due to the time consuming, unpredictable nature of cleaning, service providers cannot guarantee exact times of arrival. We require your collaboration to achieve a level of flexibility to arrive and depart between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm on the day scheduled for cleaning, however, they reserve the right to arrive earlier or later than the estimated time of arrival due to circumstances beyond their control such as traffic conditions, etc.

If you’re not happy with any part of the services, you must notify service providers within 24 hours. Refunds are not offered on services already provided. Your providers will however, come back to clean areas that you are not be happy with.

Cleaning Exclusions: Our service providers cannot remedy pet feces, biohazard, infestation, mold, or remediate home furnishings, appliances, or fixtures.

ACC LLC / Aurora's Cleaning Services LLC DBA Aurora's Cleaning Crew expressly disclaims any liability for any action or inaction of any service provider or other User or any third party and claim, demand, dispute, or damage that may arise between Consumers, Service Providers, and other Users or any third party. You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold ACC LLC DBA Aurora's Cleaning Services/Crew and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective officers,  directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, (a) violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content or the Collective Content; (c) your interaction with any members, third party independent contractors, or user; any (d), including but not limited to any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with services provided by members, third party independent contractors, or users. 


By agreeing to services rendered, you're also agreeing to the terms of service list provided above.
